Different minds. One team.

Red Dot Labs is a team of engineers and creators based in Hanoi. Different backgrounds and interests come together here through a shared enjoyment of making things.

An idea might start in a conversation or a rough sketch. We develop it together, question each other’s assumptions and learn through the work. Everyone brings a perspective that can change the direction of a project.

Better experiences. Less friction.

User experience

The best experiences let people focus on what they came to do. We pay attention to the moments that interrupt that: an unclear instruction, an awkward sequence, a decision without enough context. Those small details shape whether a product feels natural or frustrating.

Efficiency

We see time and attention as things worth protecting. Unnecessary steps and repetitive work leave less room for judgment and creativity. We are drawn to improvements that remove that burden, whether through automation or a simpler way of organising the work.

Blockchain

Our background includes building products around blockchain technology and working with the technical foundations of decentralized systems.

AI

We are developing AI applications and tools, exploring what new model capabilities make possible in practice.

Exchanges

Exchange platforms are an area of particular depth for our team, including the engineering demands of systems that handle trading activity.

E-learning

In e-learning, our work supports lessons, practice and feedback across a learner’s progress. This calls for an understanding of educational workflows as well as software development.
